Pre-launch privacy notice
How Heavenly Local handles seller applications, customer launch-interest requests and privacy enquiries during pre-launch.
Information you choose to provide
Heavenly Plants Limited, operator of Heavenly Local, collects the name and email you submit. Seller applications also include shop city, category and optional website or social page. Customer requests include the intended Canadian recipient city. Privacy enquiries include your request text. Do not submit payment details, identity documents or a recipient’s private address.
Purpose and access
We use the information to review seller applications, respond to requests and arrange requested launch contact. Submission is not consent to an ongoing newsletter. Records are stored in the hosted site database and are not publicly readable. Authorized platform operators access them through the hosting administration tools. Email confirmations and automated campaigns are not enabled.
Hosting and spam prevention
The site uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting infrastructure. These providers process requests to operate the service; infrastructure processing may take place outside Canada. The application stores a rotating hash for short-term submission rate limits rather than storing your raw IP address in the application database. Hosting providers may separately maintain operational logs.
Managing your information
Use the privacy request form below to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of your launch-contact request. Provide the email used for the original submission and your reference number if available. Identity may need to be confirmed before changes are made. The operator must review and remove information no longer needed for these requests; no advertising trackers have been added to this release.
Notice version
This notice applies to the pre-launch forms as of September 9, 2026. A transactional privacy notice and appropriate seller/customer terms will be provided before live ordering opens.
